The grapes are vinified with semi-carbonic maceration for about fifteen days, then aged for just over six months in enamelled concrete tanks, with a minimal dose of sulfur before bottling. The wine opens with blackberry, black cherry, with notes of pepper, sweet tobacco and a slight smoky touch.
