Gaël Petit opts for whole cluster fermentation with a gentle maceration of about fifteen days, followed by aging in a mix of demi-muids from the Rhône, barrels and concrete vats, without fining or filtration. The result is a surprisingly delicate red for its origin, where fresh red berries, spices and smoky notes intertwine very naturally. The palate is supple, slender, carried by subtle tannins and a freshness that gives the wine constant energy.
