The vines plunge their roots into the tuffeau limestone, imparting a sense of verticality and freshness that permeates the wine. Vinification is natural, with fermentations using indigenous yeasts and careful aging that prioritizes precision over substance. The palate is linear, saline, and elongated, with a very distinct mineral energy. A chiseled, pure white wine, deeply rooted in its terroir.
