The 2023 harvest undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with natural malolactic fermentation, and the wine is then bottled without fining or filtration. In the glass, it leans towards citrus, fresh apple, and white flowers, with a fine mousse, a tense palate, and that little hint of salinity that immediately makes you want to come back for more. It’s precise but not austere, with just the right amount of substance behind the freshness. And in magnum, with only 220 bottles produced, it’s clearly a bottle to save for a lovely gathering.

📍Region: Champagne

🍇 Grape variety: Chardonnay

📆Vintage: 2023

% Alcohol content: 12%

Allergens: contains sulfites

https://www.mareehaute.vin/en-eu/products/le-trou-denfer-blanc-de-blancs-2023-magnum-champagne-sacy-soeur-frere
