The grapes are worked according to the requirements of both estates: organic farming, manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts and very little, if any, added sulfur at bottling. The wine opens with small red fruits, citrus and white flowers, with a slightly spicy touch that recalls the identity of Gamay. The palate is lively, juicy, surprisingly textured, carried by a freshness that perfectly links the two grape varieties.
