Fermentation occurs naturally and the wine is aged in oak barrels, with a small proportion of new oak. In this 2023 vintage, we find ripe apple, pear, lemon, and a few hints of honey, with an ample palate, a creamy texture, and lovely freshness that balances the whole. A generous Chenin that is never heavy, which benefits from breathing in the glass.
