This is followed by 10 months of aging in 228-liter barrels to enhance structure and complexity without sacrificing finesse. The result is an intense and elegant wine, where delicate aromas of rose petals, black cherry, and sweet spices mingle with a tight and elegant tannic structure, a hallmark of Nebbiolo, but here approached with a refined sense of balance.
