The Chardonnay, from vines approximately 75 years old grown on schist, clay, and limestone marl, is vinified without additives and then aged for at least 24 months on fine lees, primarily in wood. In the glass, you will find citrus fruits, white peach, a few floral notes, and a hint of honey, with a full palate supported by lovely underlying tension. It is deep and saline, with an energy that prevents the wine from ever feeling heavy. A Pouilly-Fuissé that should be allowed to breathe a little and enjoyed leisurely at the table.

📍 Region: Burgundy
🍇 Grape variety: Chardonnay
📆 Vintage: 2024
% Alcohol content: 13º

Allergens: contains sulfites
