Made from century-old Sumoll (70%) and Macabeu (30%) vines planted in clay-limestone soils, this wine is the result of spontaneous co-fermentation with two days of skin contact maceration. Aged in terracotta amphorae coated with beeswax, it is bottled without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulfur. The result is a vinous, saline, and mineral rosé with notes of red fruit, spice, and ginger.
