This white wine combines Grüner Veltliner and Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), sourced from vines grown on soils of limestone and schist. Some of the grapes are fermented on the skins, while the rest is vinified using direct pressing, before aging in old barrels. The result is a white wine with texture, notes of ripe fruit and lovely freshness, accompanied by subtle bitterness that prolongs the finish.
