It is based on “common sense” and an attitude of supporting nature, without seeking to dominate it. \u003cstrong\u003eVictor Cossy\u003c\/strong\u003e mainly aspires to enhance the land he cultivates, in order to create authentic and generous wines. \u003cbr\u003e The estate is located in the \u003cstrong\u003eMuscadet\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eSèvre\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eet\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eMaine\u003c\/strong\u003e region, to the west of the \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.mareehaute.vin\/en\/collections\/loire\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Loire\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLoire\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e Valley, about 20 minutes southeast of Nantes, towards Clisson. Its plots, from varied terroirs (2-mica schist, gneiss, gabbro), are worked to allow the rock to fully express itself, naturally revealing its \u003cstrong\u003eminerality\u003c\/strong\u003e. \u003cbr\u003e The grapes grown in these vines are mainly “\u003cstrong\u003eMelon de Bourgogne\u003c\/strong\u003e”, the emblematic variety of the Nantes vineyard.
