They represent \u003cstrong\u003emore than half of the wines produced in France\u003c\/strong\u003e at present, with different wine profiles depending on the soils, climates and grape varieties used.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eProduction of natural red wines\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNatural red wines\u003c\/strong\u003e are made according to the principle of \u003cstrong\u003emaceration.\u003c\/strong\u003e The \u003cstrong\u003ebiodynamically\u003c\/strong\u003e grown red grapes are \u003cstrong\u003epicked by hand\u003c\/strong\u003e once optimal maturity has been achieved in order to preserve the physical and taste integrity of the berries.
