What makes this cuvée special is that it combines Solaris, Muscaris, and Souvignier Gris, three disease-resistant grape varieties. After a short three-day maceration, the wine is aged for about ten months in large old oak barrels. A white wine that tells the story of a different approach to viticulture, with substance, an original aromatic expression, and great energy.
