After a long aging under flor, the wine develops all the complexity allowed by this emblematic Jura aging method. The nose opens with fresh walnuts, spices, mild curry and candied citrus, with that saline depth characteristic of great oxidative Savagnins. The palate is full, intense, but always held by a remarkable tension that prevents any heaviness.
