The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged in wood, and then undergoes a long aging period before disgorgement in 2023 and a very light dosage of 2.5 g\/L. In the glass, it's deep and vinous, with ripe fruit, citrus, some spices, and a smoky touch, yet always with a freshness that holds it all together.
