The Millerandée cuvée comes from small berries resulting from millerandage (uneven ripening): a natural concentration, tighter structure, and increased intensity. Hand-harvested, pressed slowly, and aged in barrels with indigenous yeasts, the wine unfolds a nose of ripe lemon, pear, and warm stone. On the palate, it is compact, deep, and taut with a very precise, chalky structure.
