The grapes, organically grown on clay-loam soils resting on limestone, are vinified with indigenous yeasts then aged in stainless steel vats, with no added sulphites. The wine opens with notes of cherry, raspberry and fresh flowers, enhanced by a light spicy touch. The palate is supple, fresh and particularly digestible, supported by a beautiful mineral framework that makes you want to come back for more.
