No fining, filtration, or sulfur addition is performed. This wine offers an intense nose of kirsch, well-defined red fruits, with floral touches and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, the attack is direct and crystalline, evolving into a silky texture and an exceptionally long, voluptuous, and fresh finish.
