He is then joined by his partner, \u003cstrong\u003eSara Lombardi\u003c\/strong\u003e (Franco-Italian, herself) and together they decide to go further in their convictions; they engage in the production of \u003cstrong\u003enatural wines\u003c\/strong\u003e. Today they cultivate \u003cstrong\u003e7 hectares\u003c\/strong\u003e of vines full time as \u003cstrong\u003enaturally\u003c\/strong\u003e as possible, where traditional Occitanie grape varieties such as \u003cstrong\u003eCarignan\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eSyrah\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eGrenache\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eServant\u003c\/strong\u003e mix, all in a more global project of \u003cstrong\u003eagroforestry\u003c\/strong\u003e. Here the soils are, for example, never plowed, we work on \u003cstrong\u003egrassing\u003c\/strong\u003e, the development of biodiversity and all the work is done by hand. 2019 seals their commitment as natural winegrowers since they join the recently founded \u003cstrong\u003eSyndicat des Vins Nature\u003c\/strong\u003e. 2023 will see the planting of a conservatory of \u003cstrong\u003eold white grape varieties\u003c\/strong\u003e from \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.mareehaute.vin\/en\/collections\/languedoc-roussillon\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Languedoc-Roussillon\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLanguedoc\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e, they will plant around ten.
