In both the vineyard and the cellar, the approach is clear: \u003cstrong\u003eminimal intervention\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eindigenous yeasts\u003c\/strong\u003e, and no oenological \"makeup\" to let the grape and its origin speak for themselves.
