In \u003cstrong\u003e1957\u003c\/strong\u003e, the great \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.mareehaute.vin\/en\/collections\/champagne\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Champagne \" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eChampagne\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003eadventure began. He created his own champagne brand, \u003cstrong\u003eJean Josselin\u003c\/strong\u003e. \u003cbr\u003eThe vineyard is made up of \u003cstrong\u003e14 plots\u003c\/strong\u003e, each with a different exposure, giving the future wine greater diversity. At a distance of around 4 km from the estate, you have to cross paths, forests and valleys to discover our vines living peacefully to the rhythm of the moons and the seasons, lulled by a religious silence that is disturbed only by the presence of birds and game. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJean Josselin\u003c\/strong\u003e is taking over the estate and modernising the vinification process: smaller doses, single-vine varieties, vintage wines...
