Established in \u003cstrong\u003e2017\u003c\/strong\u003e, the estate spans approximately \u003cstrong\u003e6.5 hectares\u003c\/strong\u003e of vines nestled in the Hautes Corbières valley, a wild landscape of garrigue, wind, and light where some plots are over \u003cstrong\u003e50 years old\u003c\/strong\u003e, with some century-old vines still in production. \u003cspan class=\"\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe name of the estate refers to the \u003cstrong\u003e\"Granhòtas\"\u003c\/strong\u003e, the Occitan word for frogs, a nickname given to the inhabitants of Paziols. The vines are mainly trained in old goblet style, with significant manual work made necessary by the age of the vines and their traditional planting density.
