After the spring frost and hailstorms, Stéphanie and Eduard decided to bring together several members of their wine family in a single cuvée. This white wine combines Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, and Gewürztraminer from the Theodora, Timotheus, Emmeram, and Mechthild cuvées. One-third of the grapes fermented on the skins for three weeks, while the rest was pressed directly, before aging for around eleven months in 500-liter barrels. With no added sulfur or filtration, this 2016 white wine has a beautiful texture and complexity that deserves to be savored slowly.
