Biodynamically farmed, slowly pressed in a vertical press, then vinified in barrels with native yeasts and no additives, it is aged for a long time on lees before being disgorged without dosage. The wine opens with a full, vinous texture, notes of red fruits, dried fruits, and a subtly controlled oxidative touch.
