The Chardonnay is direct pressed, while the Gamay brings energy and relief, before aging in fiberglass tanks which preserves all the tension of the fruit. The wine opens with citrus, white peach, with a touch of fresh red berries and a slight smoky note typical of volcanic soils. The palate is fluid, vibrant, driven by a crisp acidity and a saline finish that gives the wine a lot of momentum.
