The vines grow at an altitude of 420 meters in sandy and feldspar soils; direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation, then 12 months on lees in barrels, with no fining or filtration. In the glass, we find citrus, apple, white fruits, and a hint of herbs, with a textured, tense palate and a beautiful mineral sensation on the finish.
