The grapes come from several plots with iron-rich clay-limestone soils, organically and biodynamically farmed, then hand-harvested. After destemming, the wine macerates for about fifteen days, before spending nine months in multi-vintage barrels, without added sulfur. It offers ripe black fruit, spices, and a round palate that remains fresh enough never to become heavy.
