Biodynamically grown, it is pressed in whole clusters, naturally fermented, then aged in barrels for about ten months, with very little sulfur. In the glass, we find white fruits, citrus, and a stony touch, with a full yet well-tensioned palate. It's still young and could use a little air, but everything is already there: depth, freshness, and that mineral finish that makes you want more.
