A portion of the must undergoes a short skin macer ation before fermentation, which adds a little more texture without turning the wine into an orange wine. You'll find notes of ripe pear, quince, almond, white flowers, and a slightly iodized touch, with a lively palate, creamy on the lees, and slightly petillant upon opening.
