Dominique Belluard

After studying in Beaune, Dominique Belluard moved to Ayse with the idea of ​​producing great Savoie whites. For several decades, he would promote the Savoyard terroirs, as well as endemic grape varieties such as Gringet. If Dominique Belluard left in 2020, leaving a huge void in the great natural wine family, Valérie his wife decided to finalize this last vintage, accompanied by several winegrower friends including Jean-François Ganevat.
