Valérie Courrèges, a renowned oenologist, practiced from California to Provence before settling in 2019 on the 22 hectares of Clos Rességuier, near Cahors.

A committed biodynamic viticulture

Immediate conversion and respect for life

As soon as she arrived, she converted the estate to organic and biodynamic farming. She cultivates mainly Malbec, as well as Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet franc, vinified with indigenous yeasts, without the use of synthetic chemicals, filtration or fining.
