After several years spent in prestigious Burgundian estates such as Roulot, Roumier and Dujac, Loïc & Éric are setting out together. Under the pretty name of Saisons, they buy and vinify grapes from Saint-Véran in Savigny. The choice of partner winegrowers is meticulous: at least organic and if possible biodynamic. The duo seeks to obtain the noblest raw material to then be able to simply accompany the wines in the cellar.
The vinification is done as simply as possible: whole bunch for the reds, indigenous fermentations for all the wines, then aging in barrels in their micro-cellar in Meloisey in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. A micro-production that we are happy to follow since the first vintage and which delights lovers of natural Burgundy.
