A new generation of winemaker in Anjou

Robin Carette, a young winemaker, settled in Thouarcé, in the Layon valley in the Loire. In 2021, after completing his training at the prestigious Pisani agricultural high school in Montreuil Bellay, then after a stint at Domaine Mosse, he decided to create his estate, which extends over 4.7 hectares in Anjou. A brand new estate, its first vintage in 2021 being barely behind it.
