The Jura welcomed newcomers from Belgium, Charlotte and Cyril Delval, who chose the town of Poligny to begin their journey into the world of wine. Despite their recent installation, the couple has already left their mark on the Jura wine landscape. Their adventure began modestly, with only around fifty acres of vines, but from the first growths, their wine revealed great precision and profound accuracy. Charlotte and Cyril Delval also have a trading activity which leads them to acquire grape varieties different from those indigenous to the Jura. This approach pushes them to explore new paths and create ever more surprising natural wines. Charlotte and Cyril Delval have since returned to their native Belgium where other projects still in gestation are sure to arrive...
