Valerie Frison has been cultivating her few hectares of vines organically since 2003, in the Côte des Bar where Pinot Noir is king. It is thus in Ville sur Arce, in the south of Champagne, that Valérie - recently joined by her son Thomas de Marne - works her vines with all the respect they deserve. The project is simple in appearance: grow healthy grapes and pick them when ripe, then only have to accompany the wine in the cellar. Little intervention during vinification, spontaneous fermentation in barrels and little sulfur. Like these champagnes that we appreciate, they are not dosed and come from a single harvest. Thomas gradually took over the estate under his name.
