Benjamin Azzara

Benjamin Azzara, an oenologist by trade, followed a winding path through several estates before embarking on this wine adventure in Anjou, in the Loire. His journey led him first to Domaine de la Soucherie, where he had the chance to cross paths with renowned winegrowers, including Thibaud Boudignon. In 2013, he ventured to Bordeaux, working for six months at the prestigious Château Latour, Grand Cru Classé de Pauillac. His journey then took him to Burgundy, where he served as assistant to Pierre Vincent at Domaine de la Vougeraie, recognized for its world-renowned wines. After acquiring varied experience in various wine estates in the Angevin region, Benjamin finally settled in Luigné in 2018. Alongside his activities as a winemaker, he continued to practice his profession as an oenologist in a cooperative cellar. , which allowed him to pursue his dream: making natural wines.
Benjamin's vines are managed following the principles of organic farming, with some plots undergoing organic conversion. Winemaking favors a natural approach to the process, minimizing the use of additives and artificial interventions.
