An independent winemaker rooted in Auvergne

Based in Auvergne, Lisa Le Postec is establishing herself as a new figure in natural viticulture. After co-founding the L 'Eau Qui Dort winery in 2021 , she moved to Aulhat-Flat , near Issoire, in 2022 to create her own estate. On 3 hectares of vines located on the volcanic hillsides of Ybois , Lisa cultivates organically and favors an approach that respects living things.

Vinification without additives, with finesse

In the cellar, she produces wines with minimal intervention, without additives, to allow the terroirs to fully express themselves. Her vibrant and pure wines embody the freshness and depth of the Auvergne terroirs. With her sensitivity and commitment, Lisa Le Postec is part of this new generation that is restoring the nobility of natural Auvergne wines.
