A return to the vineyard to revive the terroirs

Nestled in the heart of the Aveyron gorges , Nicolas and Biba Camarans are committed artisan winemakers , crafting pure and vibrant wines . A former wine merchant and restaurateur in Paris, Nicolas decided to return to the vineyard to breathe new life into forgotten terroirs . He cultivates steep plots of land organically , on granite soils , mainly planted with Fer Servadou , the region's emblematic grape variety, but also with Chenin and Gamay .

A natural approach for fresh and vibrant wines

In the vineyard as in the cellar, the approach is natural and without artifice : manual harvests , gentle macerations , spontaneous fermentations without added sulfur and precise aging to preserve the freshness and expression of the fruit . The wines are distinguished by their brilliant freshness , their subtle balance and an irresistible drinkability , oscillating between structure and fluidity . With sincere , digestible and full of energy vintages, Nico & Biba Camarans reveal a wild and authentic Aveyron , far from the standards, where each bottle tells a story of passion and terroir .
