Domaine Valjulius
A free and luminous vision of Languedoc
In the heart of the Hérault region , between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Cévennes mountains , Domaine Valjulius cultivates a free and precise vision of winemaking. Founded in 2006 by Julien Sarda , the estate stretches across a mosaic of clay-limestone soils interspersed with siliceous pebbles in Corneilhan , not far from Béziers . Here, there is no standardization: each plot is vinified separately, each cuvée crafted to best express its place, its vintage, its moment.
A free and luminous vision of Languedoc
Having been organic for over ten years, the work is done gently, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with minimal intervention winemaking and aging adapted to each wine.
Lively, fresh and sincere vintages
Julien produces luminous, balanced, and sincere white and red wines—reflecting his own style. Among them, Mas Cosa , a pure Colombard made with his friend Olivier Compan , perfectly embodies the thirst-quenching freshness that Languedoc can offer when it is tender and precise.
Mas Cosa: freshness and energy
A white wine with a lively energy, to be drunk casually but with attention.
