A historic estate with roots in Pfaffenheim

Domaine Pierre Frick has been linked to the Pfaffenheim vineyard for twelve generations and today takes care of 12 hectares of vines. Each of the vintages expresses the initial balance born from the terroir, the vintage and the care given to the vines.

Biodynamic viticulture and input-free vinification

All wines come from vines grown biodynamically. The harvest is manual. The wines are not chaptalized, and ferment with their native yeasts, without temperature control. Acidity is not corrected.
