Stéphane Cyran: A Passionate Winemaker in the Heart of Lorraine
Stéphane Cyran is a passionate winemaker based in Mont-le-Vignoble , in the heart of Lorraine's wine region, where he cultivates approximately 3 hectares of vines with a profound respect for living organisms. A former tourism professional, he made an inspired career change by completing a BTS (Advanced Vocational Diploma) in viticulture and oenology in Rouffach , before settling in 2016 on the slopes of the Toulois region. His estate, still young, has quickly become a landmark for lovers of vibrant, characterful wines .
Respectful Agriculture and Natural Winemaking
Stéphane cultivates his vines without chemical inputs, following organic farming principles, and pays meticulous attention to biodiversity and the expression of the terroir. In the cellar, he continues this same philosophy with winemaking methods free of artifice : indigenous yeasts , no additives, unfiltered wines, aging on lees—everything is done to preserve the energy and purity of the fruit.
Authentic Vintages: Stéphane Cyran's Vision of Wine
His wines, such as Acratus (an elegant and silky Pinot Noir), Gonzo (a crisp and vibrant Gamay), and À Lurelure (an intense and lively red), embody a sincere, free, and joyful vision of wine. Through each of his bottles, Stéphane Cyran tells an authentic story of Lorraine, blending artisanal rigor with rustic poetry.
