Yoyo
The sea, the schists and intuition in the south of Roussillon
In Banyuls-sur-Mer , Laurence Manya Krief — aka Yoyo — embodies uncompromising viticulture, in a picture-postcard landscape buffeted by wind and salt. Just a few hectares, old vines on schist, a radically human approach: Domaine YOYO is a living, sensitive, intense work.
A pure expression of southern grape varieties
The grapes are grown biodynamically , vinified without additives, often in whole bunches, with long infusions and little extraction. Each vintage, like KM31 or LA TINA , reflects a moment in the vineyard, a precise gesture. The palate is tense, saline, but always carried by a vibrant energy.
Yoyo wines are sought after for their raw yet elegant character, their strong identity, and their ability to reveal the austere beauty of the Banyuls terroir. These vintages are both meditative and deeply hedonistic.
