Serge & Olivier Horiot

Olivier Horiot is a talented winegrower on the Côte des Bar. In the wine-growing village of Les Riceys, he practises a living, biodynamic culture.
Olivier grew up in the region and now cultivates more than 8 hectares of biodynamic and Biodyvin-certified grapes. This committed artisan produces rosés from Les Riceys and many other Champagne hillsides, each vinified according to its locality. They embody the liveliness and aromatic finesse of Pinot Noir from the north, once widely produced in the region. But the bubbles are not to be outdone, like Sève, characterised by the generosity of this Aube monocru. Olivier is experimenting with micro-cuvées, forgotten grape varieties and still wines... His reputation is exploding, and rightly so, because everything at the estate is delicious and intelligent.
