His vines are nestled in the Ardèche hills, in the heart of a landscape as harsh as it is moving. On these schist and granite lands, Vincent cultivates his plots organically, using practices that go far beyond the label. Zero chemicals, light tillage, manual care: he seeks balance and sincerity, without ever forcing the wine into a framework.
