Two atypical and complementary paths
Anders, a former sommelier, left Michelin-starred restaurants to immerse himself in the world of winemaking, initially collaborating with winemakers such as Jean-Marc Brignot before forging his own path. Alongside him, Anne, an architect by training, brings a unique sensibility and an innovative perspective, making their approach even more comprehensive.
Uncompromising viticulture, faithful to natural cycles
The estate is founded on a simple yet bold philosophy: to work without compromise, with absolute respect for natural cycles. On clay-limestone and volcanic soils, they cultivate a mosaic of grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Clairette , and Chardonnay. The raisins, harvested at perfect ripeness, are vinified without any additives , revealing wines of astonishing purity and imbued with sincerity.
