Domaine Bienaimé
A rising new star in the Jura
A journey shaped between Champagne and Jura
Bruno Bienaimé, with his experience at Vincent Laval in Champagne, decided to move to the Jura, attracted by a deeper connection with nature, and so founded Domaine Bienaimé. After three years of research, he managed to unearth plots in Arlay, then around Château Chalon.
Artisan and respectful viticulture
Now covering 3.2 hectares, the estate is home to Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau and Pinot Noir grapes. Production is entirely artisanal, with particular emphasis on respect for the environment to allow the authentic expression of terroir.
Pure and sincere wines
The work process is focused on naturalness, aiming to produce wines of exceptional purity. Bruno's approach translates into a vinification without artifice, favoring the spontaneity of the process to preserve the very essence of the grape. This method, devoid of chemical intervention or excessive filtration, contributes to the creation of authentic wines that reflect the richness of the Jura terroir.
A promising reception from the first cuvées
Domaine Bienaimé's first wines have already won over connoisseurs, testifying to its commitment to environmentally-friendly viticulture and the production of wines of the highest quality and purity.
