Marco Ferrari 's estate is located on steep stone terraces , ideal for growing Nebbiolo , the region's iconic grape variety . He practices organic viticulture and works entirely by hand , thus respecting nature and tradition .
In the cellar, Marco takes a traditional, low-intervention approach , using indigenous yeasts and used wooden aging to preserve the aromas of his wines.
Inferno and Sassella: two high-altitude wines
Marco cultivates nearly two hectares of vines , notably on the renowned Inferno and Sassella crus. These plots are known for their mineral-rich soils and ideal exposure , allowing the production of high-quality raisins .
