A former agricultural engineer and oenologist, Jérémy Bricka set up in 2014, cultivating vines on the steep slopes of the region with organic viticulture and without chemical inputs. His meticulous work of the soils and vines promotes a natural balance, essential to best express the alpine terroirs.
