Aurore Casanova
Champagne from a winemaker, between precision and emotion
A former dancer at the Paris Opera, Aurore Casanova is now composing a unique score in the Champagne landscape. Based in Puisieulx , one of the smallest Grands Crus of Champagne, she cultivates five hectares of vines using organic farming methods. With her partner Jean-Baptiste Robinet, they create rare, vibrant, and deeply distinctive champagnes that combine technical rigor with freedom of expression.
Grand cru champagnes vinified naturally
Here, everything is done by hand, with patience and conviction: manual harvests, natural fermentations without additives, long aging (in vats or barrels), and disgorging on the fly. The wines are neither fined, nor filtered, nor overdosed - only the expression of the terroir and the energy of the wine count. The couple highlights the great terroirs of Puisieulx , Mesnil-sur-Oger and Verzy , through single-plot or blended vintages with strong personalities.
The range, which extends from the gourmet brut nature (Cuvée Aure) to the grand terroir cuvées (Les Petites Vignes, Union, etc.), delicately expresses all the chalky tension and aromatic nobility of the great Champagne crus . Each bottle is a declaration of elegance, depth and independence.
