Cellier Saint Benoit
Jura heritage and new generation
A family story in Pupillin
Located in Pupillin , in the heart of the Jura vineyards, Cellier Saint Benoît is a family estate passed down through four generations. Today managed by Benjamin Benoit – trained by Charles Lachaux and Nicolas Faure , among others – this 6.25-hectare vineyard passionately cultivates the region's emblematic grape varieties: Chardonnay , Savagnin , Ploussard , Trousseau , and Pinot Noir .
A natural and precise process in the cellar
Committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate employs natural methods, favoring spontaneous fermentations and extended aging in oak barrels. Its wines, produced under the Arbois-Pupillin appellation , accurately express the unique character of their terroir.
Distinctive vintages that set the standard
Among the flagship wines are the Ploussard Côte de Feule , the Trousseau Gryphées and the Chardonnay La Marcette , true reflections of the house's expertise.
